PLAY IT LIVE
TRINITY DRUMS 2 makes for an excellent addition to the virtual studio, but not only. It also serves as a powerful tool in live music because of the unique way it handles syncing. There are two syncing settings, “Phrase Sync” and “Free Trigger”. Free Trigger works how you’d expect. Anytime you press a trigger, it starts the loop from the beginning. Phrase Sync is the more interesting option though. Once you press a trigger, it keeps all the loops in sync, whether the loop is playing or not. Then when you trigger a loop, it immediately starts playing where it’s at in the playback. A really cool feature to have for live playback, and for studio play as well.
